Rookies7U/8U: Birth Date from 5/1/16 - 8/31/18 League Info

Minors 9U/10U: Birth Date from 5/1/14- 8/31/16 League Info

Majors11U/12U: Birth Date from 5/1/12 - 8/31/14 League Info

Juniors 13U/14U: Birth Date from 5/1/10 - 8/31/12 League Info

Before you begin the registration process, here is what you should have ready

• Player info including Date of Birth, Grade, and Jersey Size
• Parent/Guardian Info
• Allergy/Medical Info (In case of Emergency)
• Bank Info or Credit Card* to pay the League Entry Fee.  No payment is due at this time for Junior division registrations.

*Note - Credit Cards are charged a non-refundable 3.2% fee that goes directly to our website provider
